Born in 1952, Our Founder Late Shree Prem Kumar Yadav Ji started working at a very early age. In 1966, at the age of 14, Prem Ji started helping his father in their business. His Father had a Sweet and Dairy Shop near Akbari Gate in Old Lucknow. At that time their Business was not running so well. So Prem Ji decided to sell Brass Rods to help the family in their economic conditions. Along with it, he also continued to help his father in the Sweet Shop.

With lot of Hardwork Perseverance and Gratitude,  Mr. Prem Ji got his first Tender of Supplying ‘Dahi’ in KGMU  in the Year 1975. He Used to travel a long distance of 19 Kilometres twice a day to fetch Milk to prepare Curd. He also used to sell the Milk Cans to most popular Sweets Shops at that time. 

Months Passed, One Day the Owner of Ram Asrey noticed his dedication and suggested him to open a sweet shop. It was in 1982,Prem Ji finally decided to open his Sweet Shop and rented a shop in the heart of Old Lucknow, Chowk Chauraha. He named the Shop Prem Mishthan Bhandar. Initially, for the first 2 years, the sweet shop was  not financially well but later on the shop gained popularity among the people of chowk and started giving competition to popular names of the area.

The Shop was flourishing and gaining popularity but due to family disputes Mr Prem Ji had to quit as a Shop Owner in  2006. And Sadly in 2017, the founder passed away leaving his Vision behind.
